Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is the highest-rated Brazilian dining experience in Orlando, combining the authentic churrasco traditions of southern Brazil's gaucho culture with an elevated, contemporary steakhouse aesthetic. Opened in August 2021 near the Florida Mall and close to International Drive, the restaurant is led by veteran restaurateur Ricardo Oliveira, who brings more than two decades of expertise to every aspect of the operation. The dining room is striking -- nearly 11,000 square feet of sophisticated design featuring an open grill, a glass-enclosed wine cellar, a marble bar, and two private event suites equipped with modern AV technology. The Gourmet Table buffet includes a refined spread of fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, charcuterie, hot side dishes, and accompaniments, while the continuous rodizio service delivers premium fire-roasted cuts including picanha, filet mignon, lamb chops, and ribeye to the table.
